Skyborne Airline Academies have world class facilities in the UK and Florida for training the next generation of pilots for Airlines, the were looking to provide their staff with MHFA training so that they could offer this extra care to both their students and staff, as well as offering direct access to therapists for all students when required.
Solution
Red Umbrella provides Mental Health First Aid training to the staff in both the UK and Florida as well as leadership team training. Red Umbrella also created a bespoke Platform for all their staff, students and alumni to access resources as well MHFAider tracking and to have access to Carecoins.
