Green Pastures is a fantastic organisation that has invested over £47million in the fight against homelessness across the UK. With over 96 partners providing essential accommodation and assistance to homeless individuals, Green Pastures wanted to support those doing the supporting.
Solution
We started our journey with Green Pastures by creating a bespoke platform with resources including MHFAider note taking and tracking, as well as putting together a package of mental health options including specialised training and counselling services. To tackle Green Pastures’ specific needs, we provided faith-based counsellors and specific training for volunteers working on the front line with the people they support.
Results
The Red Umbrella team worked collaboratively with Green Pastures to build an understanding of the unique requirements of the business and the industry it operates in, delivering bespoke mental health and MHFA training as well as upskilling counsellors to meet Green Pastures’ specific needs.
