Background
CDS (Community Dental Services) brings dental care to people who cannot be treated in general dental practice; their patients have learning disabilities, mental health issues or severe anxiety, or are alternatively in situations or locations that traditional dental services cannot reach. CDS came to Red Umbrella in 2019 requiring a bespoke platform for their staff that was unique to what they do.
Solution
Red Umbrella created the bespoke platform including resources and access to Carecoins for all staff, as well as MHFAider training, bespoke management training and a series of unique recorded webinars.
