Training and therapy for their staff and volunteers

Quite possibly one of the most recognisable names in British culture, The National Trust is responsible for some of our most beloved parklands and homes. With around 10,000 staff and over 40,000 volunteers, how do you provide effective mental health support to so many people at scale? You call in Red Umbrella!

Through Carecoins, Red Umbrella have been able to set up a responsive and high quality therapy service for The National Trusts employees. Because of our flexibility and ability to adapt to the needs of any organisation, we were also able to support their volunteers through Carecoins as well. That instant therapy support with expert hand picked therapists has made a significant difference to the wellbeing of so many employees and volunteers. Red Umbrella also provided mental health first aid training, delivered remotely for employees across different houses across the UK. This means that these locations now have trained mental health first aiders to support their staff and volunteers.
